Shipping Policy:
At Chocaday Collections, we take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are typically dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays to minimize the risk of products being delayed in transit over weekends.
Orders placed between Thursday and Sunday may be held and dispatched the following Monday.
Shipping Locations
Chocaday Collections currently ships within Australia only.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and order size.
January Shipping Restrictions
Due to the increased risk of heat damage during the Australian summer, Chocaday Collections does not offer shipping of chocolate products during the month of January.
All chocolate product orders placed during January will be available for collection from our Blackburn store during normal trading hours.
Chocolate class bookings and gift voucher purchases remain available online throughout January.
Chocaday Collections reserves the right to extend shipping restrictions during periods of extreme weather where product quality may be affected.
Chocolate and Warm Weather
Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product.
During periods of extreme heat, Chocaday Collections may delay shipment to protect product quality and reduce the risk of melting during transit.
Customers will be notified if shipment delays occur due to weather conditions.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside the control of Chocaday Collections.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering.
Additional shipping charges may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect address information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Chocaday Collections within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products.
We will assess each situation individually and work towards a suitable resolution.
