Hi, I’m Sarah - the chocolatier behind Chocaday Collections.

What started as a single chocolate class turned into a full-blown obsession, and now a space where I get to share that experience with you.

I started with nothing just a bowl, thermometer, spatula, a chocolate mould and some good quality couverture chocolate- and built everything from there.
