Where are classes held?

All classes are held at the chocoday collections store in Blackburn

Emails?

Emails and social media messages are answered Monday to Friday to maintain healthy business boundaries.

How long are the classes?

level 1 class: 4 hrs.

level 2 class: All day 8 hrs.

Biscuit class: All day 8 hrs.

Class durations may vary slightly depending on class sizes.

Do i need any experience?

No experience is required for level 1.

Level 2 is designed for participants who have completed the chocaday collections level 1 class

What will I take home?

Participants will take home the chocolates they created during the class, along with the knowledge and skills learned throughout the experience.

What should I wear?

Closes toed shoes are required. Comfortable clothing is recommended and hair tied back. Aprons will be provided.

Can I bring food or drink?

Paticipants are welcome to bring a closed drink bottle with a lid.

Outside Food is not permitted in our kitchen due to the risk of cross-contamination and potential allergen exposure.

Can I record the class?

Photography for personal use is welcome. Video recording of demonstrations, teaching, content, recipes, methods or class instruction is not permitted without prior permission from chocaday collections.

Do you cater for allergies?

Our kitchen is peanut free.

However our kitchen does handle and use ingredienets that contain Milk, Soy, Tree nuts and Gluten.

While we take reasonable, chocaday collections cannot guarantee that products or classes are free from cross-contamination.

What happens if I’m sick?

If you are unwell, please do not attempt the class. As classes involve food handling, participants who are sick may be refused entry.

Please contact chocaday collections as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Is parking available?

Parking options are available nearby at the Box hill Rugby union football club free parking all day.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for chocolate classes and are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship Australia wide?

Available November 1st - Yes. We ship Australia wide, please refer to the shipping policy for delivery information and seasonal instructions.

What is the minimum age for classes?

Participants must be 16 years of age to attend an adult class. All participants must hold a valid booking that has been paid in full prior to the class.

Children are not permitted to attend classes unless otherwise stated for a specific event or workshop.

How many participants are in each class?

Class sizes will vary depending on the experience being offered.

In order for level 1 to proceed there will be a minimum of 4 and max of 12.

Chocaday Collections reserves the right to reschedule a class if the minimum numbers of participants not met.

How many Bon Bons must I have to complete a box

You must have a complete box of 8, 12 or 24 bon bons. (Not 7, 11 or 23 is not accepted)
